高地肺水腫の発症機序に関与する諸要因の総合的解析

Research Abstract	A高地居住住民の運動耐応能について中国青海省高原医学研究所の格日力博士と協力して、高地住民であるチベット族に運動負荷試験を行い最大酸素摂取量、最大運動量、乳酸産生量、血液ガスなどのデータを解析した。その結果、チベット族の分時換気量、最大酸素摂取量および炭酸ガス排出量は低値であったが、最大運動量は有意に高地であり、かつ運動負荷後の乳酸量の増加も低値であった。 B臨床的検討入院した4例の高地肺水腫患者の気管支肺胞洗浄液の細胞分画では、好中球とリンパ球の増加がみられ、蛋白濃度の増加が認められた。また、IL6、IL8濃度は入院時は、回復時に比し高値であった。発症にサイトカインの関与が示唆された。高地肺水腫患者の低酸素性換気抑制の測定本研究予算で備品として購入した低酸素性換気抑制測定装置を用いて、高地肺水腫患者の低酸素性換気抑制の測定した。その結果、低酸素性換気応答能と同様に、低酸素換気抑制の事実が認められた。
