| Research Abstract |
1.ラット三叉神経運動核に軸索を送る介在ニューロンについて,閉口筋運動ニューロンに軸索を送るもの,および,開口筋運動ニューロンに軸索を送るもの,それぞれの分布を逆向性標識法によって明らかにした。
2.順向性および逆向性標識法によって,ラット外尿道括約筋を支配する陰部神経運動ニューロンへ直接投射するニューロン群を橋の排尿中枢(バリントン核)の腹方延長部に発見した。
3.代謝調節型L-AP4感受性グルタミン酸受容体mGluR4およびmGluR7のラット中枢神経内分布をin situ hybridizationにより明らかにした。
4.スライス実験により,グルタミン酸合成酵素に対する単クロン抗体を用いて,ラット大脳皮質一次運動野VI層および一次体性感覚野VI層の投射ニューロンにグルタミン酸作動性のものと非グルタミン酸作動性のものがあることを免疫組織化学的に証明し,同時にそれら投射ニューロンの電気生理学的特性を明らかにした。
5.K物質受容体に対する免疫抗体を作製し,ラット中枢神経系におけるK物質受容体の分布を免疫組織化学的に明らかにした。
6.ミュー・オピオイド受容体に対する免疫抗体を作製し,ラット迷走神経核ニューロン群におけるミュー・オピオイド受容体の分布を,光学顕微鏡的および電子顕微鏡的レベルにおいて,免疫組織化学的に明らかにした。
