| Research Abstract |
「がん生物」「がん治療」「先端がん」の総括班員と共に「総合がん」総括班会議を年度内に7回開催し、がん重点全体の運営を行なった。「発がん」領域総括班では以下に記す次年度計画研究候補者の選定を行ない、また年度内に研究の進展した研究者を選定して2月に開催した合同シンポジウム演者とした。
次年度計画研究は研究(1)を作らず、以下の研究(2)研究班を新たに作ることになった。
「発がん」領域平成10年度計画研究設定予定班
堀井 明(東北大・医) ヒトがんの発生、進展に関与する遺伝子異常の解析
三木義男(癌研・研) ヒト乳がん抑制遺伝子の解析
武藤 誠(東大・薬) APC発生の分子機構
丹羽太貫(京大・放生研) 発がん初期および後期過程に関与する遺伝的不安定性とその分子機構
中釜 斉(国立がんセ・研) 発がん過程における遺伝子変異
また肝がん組織におけるB型及びC型肝炎ウイルスの混合感染の問題に関する検討班は本年度末で結論をまとめる準備中である。
