Research Abstract	環境,生体,新素材・高純度材料を主要な分析対象とし、試料中の微量〜超微量の元素・分子の化学的存在形態,存在状態をも含めた高度な分析的情報を得る新しい方法論の確立を目的とした研究を行い,次の成果を得た. 1.分子認識機能性試薬の設計・合成多環芳香環をポリエーテル鎖の末端に導入した新規試薬を合成し,アルカリ土類,希土類金属の高感度蛍光検出法を開発した(中村博).金属認識能を持つ新規試薬を開発した.超微量ヒ素の化学的存在形態識別の為の選択的分析法を開発し,海洋圏,琵琶湖のダイナミクスを追及した(松井).新規イオン会合試薬を合成し,環境中のリン,窒素の高感度定量法の開発と形態別分析法を確立した(本水). 2.分析化学反応創製・反応機構解明 Phen存在下,バナジウム,クロムによる酸化反応を利用するコバルトの電位差定量,スピーシエイション法を開発した(河嶌).ジメチル,トリメチルスズ(IV)の加水分解反応とアミノカルボン酸との錯形成反応を解析し,溶存化学種を解明した(舟橋).酸素酸のヘテロポリ酸生成/ルミノール化学発光反応の創製・発光機構の解明とP,As等の高感度多元素逐次定量法を開発した(熊丸).配位子共存下,酸化還元電位の変化を利用する新規銅錯化容量測定法を開発し,実際的有用性を実証した(赤岩). 3.高選択的・高倍率濃縮分離法の開発金属イオンのキレート樹脂に対する吸着特性を検討し,酸性領域における重金属イオンの選択的吸着を明らかにし,天然水中の重金属の形態別分離濃縮/定量法を開発した(小熊).生体関連分子認識セレクターシステムとして,チタニアプレカラム/陰イオン交換カラムスイッチイングHPLCシステム構築に成功し,有機リン酸エステル類の形態別分析法を確立した(中村洋).サリチルアルドキシム類によるニッケルの抽出速度及びphenによる協同抽出速度の律速過程の解明,ピリジルアゾ化合物による金属イオンの界面吸着挙動を解析し,速度差利用による新しい分離法と界面濃縮法を確立した(渡会). 4.高感度測定装置・方法の開発生体微量元素の高感度定量法として,β-ジケトンを二組持つ新規配位子の合成,高い蛍光性を持ちしかも蛋白質に直接結合可能なユーロピウム錯体の合成に成功し,蛍光ラベルに用いるイムノアッセイ法を開発した(アルブミンの検出限界:10^<-13>M)(松本).磁性流体懸濁液/色素共存下での磁気光学効果を利用する高感度化とその作用機構を解明し,多環芳香族化合物の分析に応用できることを示した(藤原).イオン交換体相分光光度法の開発と吸光測定のモデリングによる微量成分のオンライン形態別分析法を確立し,天然水中の微量重金属(コバルト,クロム)の状態分析法を確立した(吉村).
