Research Abstract	今回の研究は、これまで異なる研究機関で別々に研究を行ってきた産業神経・行動学研究会の7人のメンバーが、緊密な連絡のもとに共同して産業/環境神経行動学の方法論を開発し、これらの最新の方法論を用いて神経、精神、行動障害の研究をすすめることを目的とする。具体的には以下の項目を検討する目的で行われた。1)産業/環境神経行動学の方法論の最新のトピックスである神経生理学、神経マーカー、神経行動テストバッテリ-、画像診断、心理社会学因子および分子生物学的方法のそれぞれについて、鋭敏で再現性の高い解析方法を明らかにする。2)これらの方法を産業/環境保健領域の広範な有害環境因子に適用し、“非顕性(Subclinical)"の神経、精神、行動障害の存在とその量-反応(影響)関係を明らかにする。3)同様に、神経中毒、作業関連疾患、行動異常等の障害機序を明らかにする。4)研究集会の開催により、神経、精神、行動障害を早期に発見し予防するための具体的な方策を検討する。今年度は、有機溶剤、鉛などに暴露する作業者の神経生理学および神経行動テストバッテリ-の測定、職業ストレス尺度(JCQ)の信頼性および妥当性の検討、気分および感情と血中糖化ヘモグロビンの関係の解析、トルエン暴露ラットの行動および線状体ドーパミンレベルの解析、トリブチル錫による培養細胞のc-fos遺伝子発現増幅の解析などを行なった。これらの成果は取りまとめ中で、近日中に中間報告会を開催する予定である。
