Research Abstract	研究代表者および分担研究者計8名の緊密な連絡のもとに共同して産業/環境神経行動学の方法論を開発し、公衆衛生、産業衛生領域の神経、精神、行動障害の研究を推進することを目的として研究を実施した。平成8年度は、代表および各分担者のそれぞれの研究と同時に、中間報告会の実施(6月)ほか相互の研究交流、協力を進めた。以下に主な研究成果を記す。 1.種々の神経行動学的方法および行動医学的方法を総合的に評価、検討の上、その有効性を明らかにし、総説をまとめた。 2.種々の神経生理学的および行動学的方法、画像診断、生化学的および分子遺伝学的方法等を用いて、様々な職場および環境因子による非顕性の以下の神経、精神、行動影響を明らかにした。 a.データ入力作業、糖尿病等の末梢神経影響(神経伝導速度分布) b.鉛、n-ヘキサン等の小脳-前庭および深部知覚系影響(コンピューターによる身体平衡機能検査) c.ストレスの免疫影響(リンパ球サブセット測定) d.トルエン、スチレン等の神経行動影響(神経行動テスト) e.運転作業の自律神経影響(心電図R-R間隔変動、尿中ホルモン測定) f.トルエンによる脳内ドーパミン、行動量影響、白質脳症等(マイクロダイアリシス、行動測定、MRI) g.アクリルアミドによる脳内クレアチンキナーゼ活性阻害、トリブチル錫の遺伝子影響(生化学、分子遺伝学) 3.それぞれの研究成果を多数の原著論文として、国外および国内の専門誌に投稿、掲載した(11.研究発表のリスと参照)。以上の成果を「研究成果報告書」にとりまとめ中であるが、多数のデータを得たため、まだ解析、検討する必要がある。従って、「研究成果報告集」は今後1年以内に提出する予定である。
