| Research Abstract |
1.計測装置を利用して、選択的に転移リンパ節を郭清することによる神経温存手術が可能か検討した。その結果、現在使用している機器では、リンパ節の微小転移まで検出することは困難であったが、腫大したリンパ節に関しては検出可能であり、神経温存に役立つものと考えられた。比較的小さなリンパ節の転移の検出にはさらに機器の改善が必要と考えられた。
2.標識抗体の投与経路をリンパ節内投与や動注にすることで、静脈内投与例と比較してより感度が高くなった。特に、リンパ節内投与により抗体の到達性は大幅に改善された。また、術前に病巣の周囲に局注する事で、所属リンパ節にも効率よく標識抗体が移行することが明らかになった。
3.標識の核種を^<125>Iから^<111>Inに変えることにより、その感度が改善された。
