Research Abstract	平成9年度は、前年度までに構築したネットワークシステムに以下の処理手順をWWWブラウザ上で開発し、搭載した。処理の流れ本システムは患者の初診から治療終了までの処理を管理し、必要な時期に診断や処置計画の立案、および評価に必要なデータと助言を与える。特徴は1.各オペレーター(医師)はWWWブラウザ上での操作で、成すべき仕事が指示され、必要に応じて他のマシンまたはオペレーターへ自動的にメールが送信される。2.1つのマシンが作業の実行全体を管理しない。3.基本情報のデータベースをサーバーに配置し、各オペレーターはWWWブラウザからアクセスする。4.各オペレーターは作業の進行状況を把握できる。という概念上に成り立っていることである。プログラム内容システム全体はどのオペレーター(医師)がどのようにデータを処理し、そのデータが次ぎにどのオペレーターに渡されるかを記述する(作業記述)。記述には特定のプログラミング言語に依存しない抽象的な言語で行われる。システムは各オペレーター(医師)の作業指示プログラムと作業指示プログラムの中で呼び出される具体的なプログラム(実行プログラム)からなる。結果本システムは、1.作業遂行に必要なデータを分散させることができる(分散制御方式)。2.画像ファイルなど大きなファイルが特定のマシンに送られることが少ないため、ネットワーク上やホストコンピュータに負担をかけることが少ない。3.実行時の各状態をURLで指定するファイルに保存するため、システム停止や再開時に便利。4.すべてのプログラムをJavaAppletとして作製するため、プログラムの実行、合成、変換をWWWブラウザ上で完結できる。などの利点を持っており臨床応用が可能なことが示された。
