Research Abstract

ラン藻の青色光受容系欠損株を分離し、青色光受容に関与する遺伝子のクローニングを可能化(和田)。ラン藻細胞内のcAMP量変化が、青色光域と赤色・近赤外光域では、異なった調節(大森)。クロレラの青色光による硫酸取り込み等がプロティンキナーゼC依存(神谷)。高い光感受性を持つ細胞の細胞内カルシウム濃度を定量するために、蛍光色素のマイクロインジェクションと光励起が同時可能な走査型ニアフィールド光顕微鏡を開発(高橋・片岡)。微弱蛍光の検出の従来よりも高精度のシステムを完成し,カロテノイド系に応用し,その励起状態ダイナミクスを解析(三室)。還元型フラビン酵素のフラビンのC(4a)=C(10a)結合が脱水素酵素では強く、酸化酵素では弱い事で酸素との反応性が違う(志賀)。光生物化学における青色光反応のモデル反応として、リボフラビンを電子受容体とする水溶液中でのαオキシ酸の酸化反応を調査(辻本)。青色発光素子イミダゾピラジノンの色調を決定する構造因子を合成化学的に検証(中村英士)。ミドリムシ光運動反応の紫外域作用スペクトルを決定しフラビン・プテリンの関与を論じた(堀・高橋・菅井・渡辺)。クラミドモナス配偶子の形成と維持にUV-A/青色光域の2種類の光受容系が関与(松田・渡辺)。シダ胞子発芽への紫外・青色光効果に、低光量での誘導と高光量での抑制(菅井)。青色光によるプロトプラスト体積減少が、陰イオンチャネルを介し、成長阻害に関係し、その光受容系の形成がフィトクロムBに依存(飯野)。プラシノ藻の矮小眼点株の走光性の緑色光感度は正常株より低く、青色光域でも光感度は極端に低かったので、眼点は有感波長領域の青色光域への拡大等に寄与(堀)。渦鞭毛藻類の、眼点をもつ種は負の、眼点をもたない種は正の走光性を示したが、作用スペクトルに大差無し(川井・高橋)。
