Research Abstract	1)マウス子宮外発生法を用い確立した系により、外脳症と無脳症の発生病理学的関係、LIFの大脳皮質形成における機能的意義ならびにACTHの胎生期副腎皮質の組織形成における機能的意義を解明した。また以下の研究を総括し子宮外発生法導入のための基礎的検討を行った。(大谷) 2)2種および3種のras群遺伝子を欠失したマウスを作成し、N-rasとK-ras、H-rasとK-rasがマウスの初期発生で共同して働くことが示唆された。また、rac1(-/-)マウスが胎生期致死であることから、Rac1が初期発生に必要であることを明らかにした。(饗場) 3)胎生期神経系により新規CaMキナーゼ探索過程で、Hela細胞プログラム細胞死関連プロテインキナーゼのラット相同分子の遺伝子クローニングに成功し、神経発達過程におけるその遺伝子発現局在を明らかにし、本分子が神経細胞死に関与する可能性を示唆した。(阪上) 4)マウスHoxの標的遺伝子として単離した遺伝子(mmab)の発現とHox遺伝子との関係を明らかにするため、レポーター遺伝子を結合したトランスジェニックマウスを作製した。また、遺伝子産物の機能を明らかにするため、抗体を調製し細胞内局在を調べた。(高橋) 5)ショウジョウバエの神経系に発現する新規受容体型チロシンキナーゼDnrkのマウス相同分子mRor1,mRor2の同定、発現解析を行った。さらに、mRor1,mRor2遺伝子のノックアウトマウス樹立及びexo utero解析で使用する組み換え蛋白質の作製を行った。(南) 6)homeobox遺伝子グ-スコイドが、従来の頭部-顔面形成過程に加え、骨盤、気管、外性器形成過程において発現しており、形態形成に機能している事を見いだした。この知見から、頭部-顔面とそれ以外の上記部位の形成過程で共通して形成プログラムがある可能性を示唆した。(山田)
