| Research Abstract |
超薄分子膜の高次構造をブルースター角顕微鏡を用いて観察し、しかもその特定の部分の光学的物性を、マイクロエリプソメトリーで測定できる装置の開発と、その装置を用いた分子膜の微細構造観察および光学物性測定がこの研究の目的である。
平成8年度は、装置の機構的部分の開発、その装置の積載できるコンピュータ制御の超小型Langmuir水槽の開発と、いくつかの制御プログラムの開発を行う計画になっており、機構的部分の開発、および水槽の開発は終了したが、制御プログラムの一部の開発が残っている。
