Research Abstract

分子の集積・組織体の設計の精密化が進み、得られた集積・組織体について構成分子の物性の代数和ではない協同現象が発見され、また制御された機能発現が下記の様に行われた。
【新海征治】糖分子の構造および不斉情報をボロン酸というインターフェイスを通して金属錯体の絶対配置あるいはヘリシティーへ転写することに成功した。また、認識シグナルの増幅および認識に伴う機能の付与を目指し、認識過程にアロステリック効果を用いることを計画した。その結果、セリウムダブルデッカーポルフィリン錯体がアロステリックにゲスト分子を捕捉する構造を有することを明らかとした。さらに糖質を基体とするゲル化剤の開発に成功した。
【青山安宏】平成12年度は主に分子集積体の水中での機能化を目指した。有機ゼオラオト関連分野ではランタンを固定化した多孔体を調製し、これを回収・再利用可能な固体触媒として用いればマイケル付加やアルドール縮合などの基本的な炭素-炭素結合生成反応を水中で効率よく進行できることを見い出した。また、生体機能分野においては、疎水性を隠蔽した大環状ガラクトースクラスターが肝細胞を高選択的に認識し、内包するゲスト分子をこの細胞に特異的に運搬できることを明らかにした。
【成田吉徳】合理的設計に基ずく超分子型反応場の設計により酸素分子活性化酵素反応の解明と応用を目指して、鉄単核を活性中心に含むチトクロムP450と銅-鉄二核錯体を活性中心に持つチトクロムc酸化酵素の活性中心モデルの合成と酸素との反応を行い、始めて電子供与性軸配位子存在下で酸素付加体の形成とその分光法による構造決定に成功した。また、併せて酸素分子活性化による酸素-酸素結合開裂の中間体の検出にも成功した。
【梶山千里】走査型フォース顕微鏡を用いて大面積・低欠陥単分子膜への超微細電圧印加加工を行った。得られたナノピットの直径は約10nm程度であり、任意の場所に再現性よく作成することに成功した。単分散ポリスチレン固体膜表面の粘弾的性質の温度・周波数依存性を水平力顕微鏡および走査粘弾性顕微鏡測定に基づき測定し、表面でのミクロブラウン運動に対応するα緩和の活性化エネルギーがバルクと比較して著しく低下していることを見出した。
【稲津孝彦】デカメチル[5]ククルビットウリルの各種金属塩が、酸素、窒素、アルゴン、クリプトンなどの気体分子を包接することを明らかにした。
アザカリクサレンと橋頭位に窒素原子を有するカゴ型化合物とのハイブリッドである分子内空孔に水酸基を有するカゴ型化合物の合成に成功した。
分子内空孔に共有結合フッ素原子を配向させたカゴ型化合物を合成することにより、包接されたカチオンに対する共有結合フッ素、酸素、窒素原子の錯体形成への寄与を見積もることができた。
【岩村秀・古賀登】鎖状構造や枝分かれ構造を持つ新規光応答型磁気カップラー(PMC)とM(hfac)2とを用いた剛体溶媒中での磁気研究において、次のことを示唆する結果が得られた。1)各種鎖状構造を持つPMCとの1:1錯体において、6〜8ユニット連結した一次元構造又は環状構造を持つ集積体をつくる組み合わせを見いだした。2)枝分かれ構造を持つPMCとの錯体で磁化の磁場依存性において強磁性体類似の履歴現象が観測された。
【君塚信夫】ハロゲン架橋一次元混合原子価錯体と種々のアニオン性両親媒性化合物から脂溶性の超分子組織体を設計・合成し、それらが有機媒体に可溶化できることの一般性を示した。この結果は従来固体状態が研究対象であった一次元金属錯体を、溶液化学の対象にすることにはじめて成功したものである。また、種々のカチオン性ジスフィド保護剤により被覆された、カチオン性の金、銀ナノ粒子の調製にはじめて成功した。
