| Research Abstract |
昨年度に引き続き、各国の紙リサイクルシステムに関する情報の収集とシステム解析を行った。また、紙リサイクル社会を構成する主体である、消費者、製造者、紙回収業者、古紙問屋、流通・小売業者、また関係行政機関へのインタビューと質問紙調査を行い、データの解析を行った。詳細は以下の通りである。
1. 国内の紙リサイクル社会を構成する各主体(古紙回収業者、製紙会社、業界新聞)へのインタビューを行った。
2. 海外の関係主体へのインタビューを行った。対象国と主な対象者は以下の通り。(1)第2次アメリカ、全米森林製紙連合会、アメリカ環境庁、ニューハンプシャー州立大学。(2)第2次ドイツ、デュアルシステム(DSD)、ドイツ製紙連合会。(3)第3次ドイツ、デュアルシステム、GETAS(調査会社)、ZUMA(研究所)、SKP(大手廃棄物処理業者)、ダルムシュタット工科大字。(4)第2次スウェーデン、スウェーデン環境庁、林業連合会、TEMO(調査会社)。(5)第3次スウェーデン、スウェーデン環境庁、林業連合会、TEMO(調査会社)。
3. スウェーデン人の消費者の紙購買、消費とリサイクル行動に関する全国調査を実施した。現在分析と論文作成中。
4. 昨年度実施した日独の消費者の研究結果を補足するための調査を、日独両国でそれぞれ実施した。
5. 国内の古紙回収業者と古紙問屋を対象に郵送調査を実施中。
6. 昨年度実施した、ドイツの全国消費者調査のデータを分析し、論文を投稿した。現在論文印刷中。
