| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、西側が従来立ち入りさえできなかった2つの地域、アラル海流入河川上下流部とカスピ海東岸部を対象に環境破壊の実態を解明し、環境保全と経済発展のための基礎データを収集し、各種政策提言をすることである。本研究は第1に、中央アジア諸国の国際間水資源利用のための最適問題を解明し、第2にフェルガナ盆地とカスピ海沿岸の放射性廃棄物の実態を解明し、最後に市場経済移行過程の中央アジア経済に関し環境保全を組み込んだ一般均衡経済モデルを構築する。そのため平成9年度は、以下の研究を実施した。
1.アラル海流入域水質分析:
シルダリア川上流部とゼラフシャン流域で水質試料を採取し、地球化学的な分析を実施した。
2.アラル海・カスピ海広域放射能汚染分析:
シルダリア川上流部のウラン鉱山周辺、カスピ北部のアズギ-ル地下核実験場周辺での環境放射能試料を採取し分析した。フエルガナ盆地、キジルクム砂漠での環境予備調査を実施した。
3.中央アジア地域気候変動解析:
中央アジア地域の1936〜1984年の気象観測データを基に、世界各地の気象データと対比させた気候変動解析を行ない、あわせて山岳地大気汚染拡散モデルの比較を行った。
4.自由経済移行過程の計量モデル分析:
市場経済移行過程にあるカザフスタン共和国の経済状況に対し、進化経済学的モデルを適用した。その理論背景は、技術革新と非平衡生物生態系の自己組織進化との相以性を根拠とした。またウズベキスタンの鉱工業を対象に、エネルギー利用の効率化を目的とする技術援助のモデル化を図っている。
5.砂漠地域住民の免疫遺伝学的分析:
乾燥地(カスピ海東北岸アティラウ地域)における住民の免疫遺伝学的調査と住民健康基本台帳のデータベース化とその疫学統計分析を行った。
