Research Abstract

1.若年ラットではIL-1αがマクロファージで発現し,病巣が緩やかに拡大した.
2.根管の感染による根尖性歯周炎の治癒は,加齢に伴い遅延する傾向があった.
3.ラット歯髄では,窩洞形成に対する抗原提示細胞の反応は加齢により量的な減弱傾向を示したが,組織球や血管由来の単球による生体防御反応は加齢により減弱しなかった.
4.若年ラットの歯肉組織中で働く分解系抑制が歯肉増殖の一因になっていた.
5.歯髄の侵害性刺激により誘発される反射性咀嚼筋活動には加齢的変化が生じていた.また,ヒト歯髄中のアルカリフォスファターゼ活性は加齢に伴い減少していた.
6.歯根膜由来の培養細胞では,ドナーの加齢に伴い,SPARCの産生が減少していた.
7.個体の加齢に伴い,歯根膜細胞の分裂寿命が低下し,遊走能も低下していた.また,老化細胞における走化活性の低下にc-fosの発現低下が深く関与していた.
8.歯髄および歯肉血流の測定法を確立し,その血流値には加齢に伴う変化が生じていた.
9.慢性歯周炎におけるIL-17産生は,加齢による変化よりもむしろ個体の持つ免疫学的な背景に大きく影響されていた.
10.有歯顎者の腰椎および下顎骨皮質骨骨密度は無歯顎者に比べて高く,特に有歯顎者においては下顎骨骨代謝が歯の存在に伴う局所因子に強く影響されていた.
