Research Abstract

本領域では,特異な機能・物性を発現する非局在電子系を設計・合成し、各種の機能。物性を評価し、「特異な非局在電子系」を創出するとともに,熱,光,磁場,電場などの外場によって性質が相互変換する動的非局在電子系をも構築し、従来にはない複合的な機能・物性を備えた物質を開発する研究を行った.
具体的には,A01班の拡張共役電子系では,新しい共役電子系のプロトタイプの合成法の確立,多彩な構造を持つ拡張共役電子系の開発,A02班のスピン共役電子系では,安定な開殻有機分子の開発および新しい手法を用いてスピンの整列様式を制御しうる特異なスピン共役電子系の開発,A03班の水素-電子相互作用系では,特異な共役電子系と水素結合からなる分子システムの機能・物性をプロトンと電子それぞれの動的側面から解明するとともに,電子の非局雄とプロトンの局在性の特徴を生かした新しいプロトン-電子相互作用系の開発を行った.
このようななかで、計画研究班の研究成果を中心として冊子体としてまとめ、広く公表して我々の成果をアッピールすると共に、種々御意見をいただき今後のこの分野の発展の一助とする。
