| Research Abstract |
高齢化社会を迎え、総義歯あるいは部分床義歯の難症例が増加している。このような難症例患者の治療には、組織調整材(ティッシュコンディショナー)により床下粘膜に生じた病変や歪を正常な状態に回復させ、動的印象後、弾性義歯裏装材によりリライニングを行う術式は非常に効果的である。
本研究では、ポリマーの種類と分子量、ペーストおよび可塑剤等の種類と含有量、ならびにエチルアルコールの、含有量が、粘弾性的性質、床用レジンとの接着強さ等の理工学的性質ならびに咀嚼機能に及ぼす影響について検討し、機能性軟質義歯裏装材を開発することを目的としている。
本年度はまず市販弾性義歯裏装材および市販組織調整材の静的粘弾性的性質および硬化挙動について検討し、研究成果をJournal of Prosthetic Dentistry(2編)に発表した。さらに組織調整材のポリマー分子量および粉液比と応力緩和挙動との関係を測定し、その成果をJournal of Oral Rehabilitationに発表した。現在、軟質義歯裏装材の粘弾性的性質と無歯顎患者の咀嚼機能との関係の評価を行い、投稿準備中である。さらに現在、粉末および液の組成および構造的因子と硬化中の動的粘弾性について計測中である。
