男子機能性不妊症例の病因に関する研究-臨床レベル、遺伝子レベルでの検討-

Research Abstract

精子数、運動率が正常でありながら不妊症であり、精子の受精能など機能性不妊症を疑う症例、すでに妊孕性が家訓されている妊婦パートナーに対して精子運動性の質をCASA(computed assisted sperm analyzer)を用いて検討したが、明らかな差は見いだせなかった。PENETRAK、Acrobeads testも同様に明らかな質的異常を見いだすことはできなかった。
そこで、男子不妊症例における精子形成能自体の異常を検索する目的で、apoptosisをTUNEL法で、cell proliferative activityをBrdUを用いた免役組織化学的手法により検討した。その結果、男子不妊症における精子形成能低下は一様ではなく、一部にはstem cellであるspermatogoniaのrenewalが不良な例など、いくつかのtypeに分類された。
さらに、疫学的検討として、正常成人男子ボランティアの精子数・精子運動率を調査したが、全体と妊孕性を有する集団との間に明らかな差はなく、不妊候補群が増加しているとことは認められなかった。
