Research Abstract

1)平成12年度第1回推進委員会と第1回研究会の開催、及びニュースレターNo.7とNo.8の作製と配布平成12年7月5日(水)に大阪大学で、各班長が研究目的・分担と研究計画・進行状況の説明と質疑を行った。その後、一般参加者・学生も含む新発表形式で公開の第1回研究会を開催した。参加者は、本特定領域関係者25名、外部参加者39名、合計64名で、活発な質疑応答があった。
2)平成12年度第2回研究会と班長会議の開催とニュースレターNo.9の作製と配布
平成12年9月11日(月)に東京工業大学で第2回研究会を開催した。悪天候にも拘わらず合計43名の参加者があり、そのうち、本特定領域関係者以外の参加者は27名で、活発な質疑応答があった。
3)平成12年度第1号内部資料集「次世代ナノテクノロジー(微細組み立て)」の作製と配布
本特定領研究と関係の深い「ナノテクノロジー」に関する世間の注目が集まっているこの時期に、平成12年度第1号内部資料集として「次世代ナノテクノロジー(微細組み立て)」の作製と配布を行った。
4)平成12年度第3回研究会と班長会議の開催とニュースレターNo.10の作製と配布
平成12年12月12日(火)に京大会館で第3回研究会を開催した。パネル討論中心の新形式研究会を試みた結果、本特定領域関係者23名、外部参加者24名、合計47名で、活発な質疑応答があった。
5)平成12年度第2回推進委員会と公開シンポジウムの開催、及びニュースレターNo.11,No,12,No.13,No.14の作製と配布平成13年2月1日(木)に島津製作所東京支社で、第2回推進委員会と公開シンポジウムを開催した。なお、推進委員会資料と公開シンポジウム資料以外に、本特定領域研究各班の平成12年度業績をまとめた論文集1と論文集2を作製して、公開シンポジウムの参加者と関係者に配布した。参加者は、本特定領域関係者23名、外部参加者37名、合計60名で、活発な質疑応答があった。
