Research Abstract	本年度の主な研究実績を以下に列挙する。 1.ヒドラペプチドの組織的単離:約160のペプチドを単離し、37についてアミノ酸配列を決定した。そのうち5種について生物活性検定を行い,ヒドラ足部再生を促進する活性を持つ3番目のペプチドを得た。 2.ヒドラペプチド,Hymー180及びHym-194をコードする遺伝子を単離した。これらペプチドに対する抗体を作成中である。 3.ヒドラ神経ペプチドに対する抗体を用いた,マウス脳の類似ペプチドの分布:抗Hym-176抗体陽性細胞は視床下部弓状核正中から外側部の中型細胞の胞体に観察された。この様な分布様式を持つ脳ペプチドは知られていない。現在,類似ペプチドをラット脳からELISA法を用いて単離を試みている。 4.抗RFアミド抗体を用いた新規脳ペプチドの探索と機能解析:フナ脳、及びウズラ脳から新規のRFアミドペプチドが単離されている。前者はフナの浸透圧調整に関わること、後者は室旁核ニューロンに存在し,ゴナドトロピン放出を抑制する事が示唆された。 5.ヒドラ抗神経ペプチド抗体を用いた新規カエル脳ペプチド単離の試みも進行中である。
