| Research Abstract |
人真皮メラノサイトは正常成人皮膚にも、極めて少数ながら存在すること。顔面では日光露出部に、遅発性真皮メラノサイトーシスとして、あたかも肝斑様病変を表出すること。PUVA療法治療中に出現する青斑についても真皮メラノサイトシスであること。
血管周囲に真皮メラノサイトが分布することを明らかにしてきた。
現在は、青色母斑の病理組織学的検討において、その構築の特徴、特に血管の分布と真皮メラノサイトの関連について病理組織、免疫病理組織学的に検討し、メラノサイトが血管(静脈のみであるが)の周囲にネットワークを形成することを明らかにした。
この所見は、色素血管母斑や、悪性黒色腫に於けるメラノサイトや腫瘍細胞と血管の関係の重要性を示唆するものであり、悪性黒色腫における血管との関連を報告してきた。
また、サルの真皮メラノサイトにおける血管との関係および、線維成分との関連を、人のそれと比較検討している。サルのメラノサイトはやはり、血管ならび弾性線維と緊密で、それは人のそれとほぼ同等であった。
今後は培養系で真皮メラノサイトと血管内皮細胞とのco-cultureにおける動態を検討して行かねばならない。このことは蒙古斑、太田母斑あるいは悪性黒色腫などにおける発生機序、分布様式などの重要な情報を提供すると考えている。
また、爪のメラノサイトについては、ほとんど研究がなされていない。現在、人、サルの爪部の組織を収集しているところである。
