Research Abstract |
1. The examination of prostata specific antigen (PSA) molecular form and pathological characteristics in the prostatic cancer patient. There is the usefulness of serum PSA (total) in the diagnosis of the prostatic cancer. We examined PSA molecular form such as free PSA or free/total PSA ratio connective (PSA-ACT) to α 1-antichymotrypsin in prostate cancer. The usefulness of adjusted for PSA with prostate gland volume or transition zone volume Density (PSAD) or the transition zone volume (PSATZD) is also examined. The correlation was recognized at adjusted for the transition zone volume (PSATZD). 2. The examination of prostate gland conversion division volume and pathological characteristics in the prostatic cancer patient. Then, the inverse correlation relation was recognized in volume and Gleason score in the conversion division, when prostate gland total extirpation sample and conversion division volume on the ultrasonic wave in the biopsy and Gleason score were examined. 3. The examination in the prostatic cancer in operation sample of growth factor. The localization and dyeability were contrasted with the histopathological image of prostatic cancer by doing the immune tissue dyeing using the growth factor antibody including growth factor that it is the insulin in prostate gland total extirpation sample. It tended to do low intensity of each growth factor in carcinoma tissue and the circumference the result which the prostate gland conversion division volume was big as the result, and there was. The possibility of working unlike the growth factor of cancer cell rather inhibitory was indicated the factor which increased the conversion division volume from the above result.
