| Research Abstract |
これまでのAV shunt loopの血管新生と組織新生についての研究成果をBr J Plast Surg.2000 Jan;53(1):51-57,Tanaka Y et al.:Generation of an autologous tissue(matrix)flap by combining an arteriovenous shunt loop with artificial skin in rats : preliminary report.に報告した。また、AV shunt loopとAV bundleのどちらが血管新生および組織新生のポテンシャルを有するかについての比較実験を行ったところ、AV bundleにおいても血管新生、組織新生が生じることが判明し、12^<th> congress of the international confederation of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery,1999,Tanaka Y et al.:Evaluation of angiogenesis and tissue generation in AV shunt loop and vascular bundle.に報告した。さらにこの結果をもとにAV bundle、人工真皮、chamber、bFGFと組み合わせてを用いてtissue engineered skin flapをrabbitを用いた実験で開発した(第9回日本形成外科基礎学術集会2000)。現在、さらに大きなtissue engineered skin flapを開発中で、この成果は第10回日本形成外科基礎学術集会およびThe world society for reconstructive microsurgery,Taiwan,2001で報告する。
