| Research Abstract |
1.現地調査(B)をチベット東部地域で7月から8月に実施し、種子植物相を詳細に調査し、標本を収集し、併せて分子遺伝学ならびに細胞遺伝学の解析用サンプルを収集した。
2.現地調査(A)を8月にミャンマーの北部地域で実施し、ヒマラヤ植物相に関連する植物種の分布状況、植生などについて観察を行ない、今後の野外での調査の可能性を探索した。
3.帰国後の分子遺伝的解析については、Rhodiola(ベンケイソウ科)、Impatiens(ツリフネソウ科)、Saussurea、Cremanthodium(ともにキク科)分子系統樹を作成するためのDNA抽出とrbcL、ITS1、trnF-trnL non doding region(trnF-L)の遺伝子領域について解析を行った。
4.細胞遺伝学的解析については、Saxifraga(ユキノシタ科)、Impatiens(ツリフネソウ科)、Saussurea、Cremanthodium(ともにキク科)で、染色体を観察し、倍数性・核型を明らかにした。Saussureaの染色体の新知見について発表を行った。
5.標本の分類学的研究については、採集した標本を中心に同定を行い、ベンケイソウ科、ユキノシタ科、ラン科、アブラナ科について分類学上の新知見について発表を行った。特に、中国西南部雲南省で採集したユキノシタ科、タデ科、バラ科キジムシロ属について分類・同定が終了した。
6.得られた成果について意見交換を行った。
