| Research Abstract |
ヒト自家腫瘍の解析系で癌抗原遺伝子、抗原ペプチドを新しく同定することは有効な癌ワクチン開発に最も重要である。本年度は1)HLA-A31拘束性CTLとHST-2胃癌からC98遺伝子をクローニングした。2)膵癌PUNではHLA-A26、肺癌LHK-2ではHLA-A24、骨肉腫OS2000ではHLA-A24拘束性のCTLクローンをとることに成功した。3)口腔扁平上皮癌OSC20よりHLA-DR8拘束性のCD4T細胞エピトープがα-enolase由来であることが判明した。4)また、癌と正常では網膜に発現するリカバリンからHLA-A24拘束性の抗原ペプチドを同定した。5)アポトーシス抑制性に働くサバイビン2BからHLA-A24拘束性に働く抗原ペプチドを同定した。さらに6)滑膜肉腫にみられる染色体転座による発現する融合蛋白SYT-SSXからHLA-A24拘束性の抗原ペプチドを同定した。
