| Research Abstract |
1)白板症の癌化の過程でどのような遺伝学的な変化が起こっているのかを明らかにする為に、われわれは白板症とその後に発生した初期癌のパラフィン包埋ブロックを用いてマイクロディセクションし、^<32>Pでラベルした33個のマイクロサテライト・マーカーでPCR-based LOH解析を行った。白板症で最も高い頻度でLOHがみられた染色体は9p21で、66.7%であった。次は3p14-25の61.5%,4q31-32の45.5%と17p12-14の44.4%であった。白板症中の初期癌化巣で最も高い頻度でLOHがみられた染色体は9p21で、91.7%であった。次は3p14-25の76.9%、4q31-32の54.5%、17p12-14の66.7%、5q21-23の50%、6p25-27の44.4%、6q21-23の40%と11q23の40%であった。(in submittion) 2)60例の口腔内に生じた節外性リンパ腫と顎下・頚部に生じた節性リンパ腫の臨床病理像を比較した。(Oral Med.Pathol.5:15-23,2000)
