| Research Abstract |
1.中性子スピンエコー分光器の整備
(1)ISSP-NSEにドイツのハーン・マイトナー研究所製のスーパーミラー偏極素子を用いてポラライザーとアナライザを改良・整備し、偏極率が90%から95%に向上した。
(2)スイスのSwiss Neutronics製の残留磁化型スーパーミラー偏極素子のテスト・検討、ハーン・マイトナー研究所等との協力・検討を重ね、移設するISSP-NSEの大幅な性能向上のためにSwiss Neutronics製の残留磁化型スーパーミラー偏極素子を用いたベンダーガイドポラライザーおよび大断面積アナライザの開発・整備を進めた。
(3)白色中性子ビーム対応のスピンフリッパーをさらに新たに考案し、試作および性能テストを行い、ドイツのユーリヒでの偏極中性子の国際ワークショップで発表し、論文にまとめた。
(4)大口径スパイラルコイル用の位置調整機構の開発を進めた。
2.両親媒性分子を含む三元系液体の温度・圧力誘起構造相転移とダイナミクス
(1)脂質膜の波状運動のメカニズムを明らかにするために、リン脂質DPPC-水系に塩化カルシウムを微量加えた系でのISSP-NSEを用いた中性子スピンエコー実験から脂質2重層膜の曲げの弾性率の温度・組成依存性を求めて脂質2重層膜の波状ゆらぎに関るダイナミクスの研究をさらに進め、ドイツのポツダムでの準弾性中性子散乱国際会議で発表した。
(2)リン脂質DPPC-水系にエタノールを加えた系での相図及び温度・圧力誘起構造相転移を中性子・X線小角散乱により調べ、論文として発表した。
(3)イオン性両親媒性分子AOT/水/n-デカン3元系で温度上昇でも圧力上昇でも同様の構造相転移を示す組成についてISSP-NSEを用いた中性子スピンエコーおよび中性子小角散乱の実験に新しい解析法を適用し、変形運動の振幅の2乗平均及び膜の曲げ弾性率の温度・圧力依存性を初めて独立に求めることができ、論文としてまとめた。
