Research Abstract	A:本研究の結果 (1)内分泌撹乱化学物質の行動および脳への影響胎児期および授乳期にビスフェノールA(母親飲料水中に0.1、1、5ppm)あるいはトリブチルスズ(母親餌中に5、25、125ppm)に曝露された子ラットのオープンフィールド試験および性行動を測定し、どの群においても本来雌のほうがよく動き、よく探索するという性差が消失していることを突き止めた。また、形態的性的二型核である視床下部視索前野および青斑核に対するビスフェノールAの影響を調べるため、生後1日、21日齢のWistarラットの脳を採取した。と同時に、DES投与群との比較も行うため、同齢ラットの脳も採取した。 (2)植物由来環境化学因子の行動に及ぼす影響 Wistarラットを用いてcis-3-hexenol曝露下に摂食量の変化を調べたが、有意な差は認められなかった。ヒトの事象関連電位に及ぼす影響を調べると、化学構造、濃度および嗜好性に依存してP300に異なる影響を及ぼすことを見出した。 B:現在進行中の研究 (1)内分泌撹乱化学物質の脳への影響上記ラット脳の視床下部視索前野および青斑核におけるエストロゲン受容体(α、β)の発現レベルとその性差について解析中である。
