Research Abstract

(1)研究計画にしめしたように、STEP1としてイヌの動物実験モデルを利用し、腎移植を施行しステロイド投与群、中止群に分け、末梢血リンパ球上に発現するCD15s抗原を解析した〔裏面業績参照〕
腎移植後、1週間経過後、CD15sが術前のレベルまで低下、安定化した群では、その後ステロイドを投与中止にした後でも、CD15sは低下し続け移植腎臓の機能も良好であった。それに対し、CD15sの発現が移植後しばらく高値を示した群では、移植腎機能が極めて不安定であり、ステロイドを中止した後、CD15sは急激に上昇し、移植腎もグラフトロスになった。〔2002、発表予定、裏面参照〕
(2)2002年度の研究計画の通り、CD15s抗原検出をヒトへ応用する。
CD15sの抗原発現が安定している腎移植後の患者に限り、ステロイドを投与中止にして、CD15s抗原の発現をしらべ、解析を続ける。
