Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究代表者が難病を罹患し、入院・経過観察中のため、予定されていた海外における分析実験を延期する必要が生じた。このため、バイオマーカー分析、単一化合物安定同位体分析を行うことが出来なかった。国内で測定することが出来るバルク（全試料）安定同位体分析（炭素・窒素安定同位体比、炭素/窒素原子数比）を進めた。主として、新潟県の火炎土器関係資料、草創期資料について、分析を行った。
また、新潟県の縄文時代中期の遺跡、関東地方の縄文時代後期遺跡から、分析試料を選別した。これらについて、分析を進める予定である。

Reason

研究代表者が、平成27年（2015年）7月はじめに、難病指定されている急性間質性肺炎を罹患した。幸い、ステロイド剤の大量投与で一命を取り止めたが、2ヶ月半の入院を余儀なくされた。退院後もステロイド剤の服用、通院治療が続き、服用量を減らしながら、急性増悪（再発）が起きないよう経過観察中である。
急性増悪への緊急対応が出来ないので、主治医から外国出張を禁じられたため、平成27年（2015年）9月に予定していた海外での分析実験が出来なくなり、当初の研究計画を遂行することが不可能になった。このため、1年間の繰越申請を行い、承認された。平成28年（2016年）夏には、渡航が可能になる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

平成28年（2016年）夏には、外国出張が可能になる。現地共同研究者とスケジュール調整を行い、土器付着炭化物および土器片に吸着した化合物について、分析を行う。
