| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
平成27年度では、食欲調節ホルモンや関連した情報伝達系による、情動に係る生得的行動や行動を駆動する脳機能の解明を目指して、分子遺伝学的解析と神経行動学的解析に優れた動物モデル（小型魚類）を用いて研究チーム３名が、個々の得意分野を活かしながら、脳機能解明のための技術開発も合わせて研究を推進した。さらに、理工学研究部テニュアトラック事業に関する研究プロジェクトととも連携しつつ、小型魚類をモデルとした世界レベルの新規研究拠点の形成を目指すことを主な目的とした。

Reason
当初に予定していた研究項目について、順調に研究を進めることができた。特に、遺伝子改変動物の作出に関しては、１－２例の解析を進めるにまで至った。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
平成27年度には主に項目（１）～（４）の実験を進めることが出来たため、平成28年度では引き続きこれらの項目に関する実験を実施する予定である。特に神経基盤・物資基盤に関する解析では遺伝子改変動物を用いた実験を重点的に進める。
