| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For several years, we have developed a foreign language conversation training system using smartphones. As this paper describes, we propose a new system using Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and report verification of the system effects for users' study continuity and learning effects using an evaluation experiment in which all students of a German language class participated. Furthermore, we propose a method to assess the conversational capabilities of each learner.
