Outline of Final Research Achievements

In order to develop a counseling outcome evaluation method that is suitable for student counseling in Japan, the following studies were conducted.
(1) Survey on image about counseling effect: We studied the image of student counseling effect among students, faculty and staff. (2) Practical use of counseling outcome measure: We evaluated the applicability to Japan using OQ-45 scale, and clarified its applicability and limitations. (3) Survey for counseling centers that are engaged in advanced activities: We conducted a survey on domestic and overseas universities. (4) Basic research for scale development: We examined the effect to be measured in student counseling practice and extracted the content of the effect to be measured from the student counseling practice.
