Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to conduct in-service education for teachers and develop their careers. For this purpose, the method devised in this study is the Real-Time Monitoring method. The conditions that enable RTM were examined in teaching, and it was confirmed that it could contribute to improving teaching. As a result, it was considered that RTM works well by understanding the learning mechanism of students and providing recurrent opportunities to help teachers reflect. In the future, social implementation will be required.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は、教師が教室や学校に居ながら、研修を積むことができるシステム開発を目指した。今後、わが国の学校教育では地域間、学校間、教師間の格差が拡大する懸念がある。そのため、特定の条件に恵まれた教師だけが研修・研究を積むという現状を打開する必要がある。教室における日々の具体的な相互作用が、とりもなおさず研修として機能するRTMは、年齢・経験を問わずすべての教師が意欲的になるという画期的な成果を得た。
