| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We tried standardization of antiphospholipid antibodies ELISA in a joint research by three university hospitals participating in the Japan Antiphospholipid antibodies standardization workshop. Regarding the ten kinds of ELISA kits commercially available in Japan, we determined the reference range of healthy subjects. Furthermore, we clarified the combination of ELISA kits most suitable for the diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome.
