Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, bone quality improvement therapy using combination methods of intelligent arterial bone: polyphosphate integrated porous HA and intermittent PTH administration was assessment under conditions of reduced bone quality and metabolism. The combination methods indicated the promotion of osteoblast activation, enhancement bone formation and establishment implant stability: preferable primary stability and achievement osseointegration in rabbit osteoporosis model.
