Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、遺伝的に均一な近交系マウスで低社会性と高社会性を示す2系統に着目し（それぞれBTBRとC57BL/6）、それぞれの脳の構造と機能をもたらす遺伝基盤を明らかにすることを目的とした。経費の関係で、比較エクソーム解析は断念し、大脳皮質と基底核に注目したマイクロアレイによる比較トランスクリプトーム解析を行った。その結果、発現量の増加と減少を示す興味深い遺伝子がいくつか検出された（解析中・未発表のため、遺伝子名と発現データは未掲載とする）。また、ASDモデルマウスの一つであるCAPS2 KOマウスを用いて、同様の比較解析や行動解析を行った。小脳のアレイ解析では、開口放出関連のStx5aやSyt6の発現上昇、発達障害関連のRett症候群原因遺伝子MeCP2やオキシトシン受容体Oxtrの発現減少が検出された。
