Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1）統合データベースの構築：昨年度、ウェスト周囲径、体脂肪率、腹腔内脂肪量、皮下脂肪量、脂肪肝指数（肝脾CT値比）、インスリン抵抗性指数HOMA-R等、肥満指標・糖尿病関連指標、および冠動脈石灰化、頚動脈IMT・頚動脈プラーク等、潜在性動脈硬化指標などの、平均7年間における経時的変化（進展度）を定量的に評価し、既存のベースライン調査データベースと統合し、基礎データベースを完成させた。これに、前年度測定したイリシンの定量的測定値とを統合し、データベースを完成させた。
２）統合したデータベースをもとに、イリシンの定量的測定値と、以下の指標との関連について、解析を行った。
①運動指標（運動習慣、7日間にわたる活動量・歩数、等）、②肥満指標・糖尿病関連指標（ウェスト周囲径、肥満度、体脂肪率、腹腔内脂肪量、皮下脂肪量、脂肪肝指数 [肝脾CT値比]、空腹時血糖値、HbA1c、インスリン抵抗性指数HOMA-R、等）、③生活習慣、心理・社会的指標（詳細な食習慣、服薬状況、抑うつ度、睡眠習慣、睡眠の質、婚姻状況、学歴、職業歴、等）、④診察室・家庭血圧値、血液尿生化学指標、バイオマーカー（炎症マーカー、アディポサイトカイン、心バイオマーカー、等）、⑤潜在性動脈硬化指標（冠動脈石灰化、頚動脈IMT・頚動脈プラーク、脈派伝播速度、ABI）
上記5項目の分析は横断的検討を行った。特に、「②肥満指標・糖尿病関連指標」および「⑤潜在性動脈硬化指標」については、ベースライン調査と追跡調査の平均7年間における各指標の経時的変化（進展度）とイリシンの定量的測定値との関連について、縦断的検討も併せて実施した。また、これらは、適宜交絡因子を補正した多変量解析を用いて分析した。
