発光性および強誘電ポリマーナノ粒子による新しいフォトニック結晶の構築(国際共同研究強化)

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2016年度は、国際共同研究のために必要な機器類を購入し、試料作製や予備計測実験などを行った。具体的には、顕微分光のための自動XYステージとマイクロマニピュレーター、長作動レンズ、石英基板、シリコン基板などを購入した。次年度に実際に海外の研究機関(ドイツ デュイスブルグーエッセン大学、およびハイデルベルグ大学)に訪問し、共同研究をスムーズに行うための予備実験として、共役ポリマー球体試料のパターン基板上への作製や、集積構造やアレイの形成、球体1粒子からの顕微分光およびささやきの回廊(Whispering Gallery Mode)発光の確認、フェムト秒レーザー光ポンピングによるレーザー発振特性の確認、蛍光発光マッピング、π共役ポリマーマイクロ球体のマニピュレーションによる連結とWhispering Gallery Mode発光の伝搬特性に関する確認、π共役ポリマー球体への電荷注入による電界Whispering Gallery Mode発光実験を行うためのπ共役ポリマー薄膜を用いた電界発光実験などを行った。今年度はまだ実際に海外での共同研究は開始していないが、訪問予定の研究機関のうちデュイスブルグーエッセン大学を訪問して研究に関するディスカッションを行い、次年度の訪問(前半3ヶ月)に関する綿密なディスカッションなどをおこなった。また、後半3ヶ月間の訪問先であるハイデルベルグ大学の受入教授とも、メールによる議論を複数回行い、実施する研究内容や研究期間などについて打ち合わせた。

2017年度のドイツDuisburg-Essen大学およびHeidelberg大学での共同研究に向けた準備を、概ね順調に進めることが出来た。
