Outline of Annual Research Achievements

3-②微小血栓混相流シミュレーション 3-①に対して,流体・構造・電磁気連成シミュレーションを行い,微小血栓の流動特性を明らかにした.
3-③実験とシミュレーションの比較:フェーズ2の実験結果と3-②のシミュレーション結果とを比較検討し「いつ」「どこで」「どれだけ」について討論を行った.また,流路の形状による血栓の成長の特性についても検討を行った.さらに,血栓計測における電磁気学シミュレーションも合わせて行った.血栓の大きさ・形や電極の形を変えてシミュレーションを行い,本計測手法の特性を明らかにした.電磁気学シミュレーションでは,静止場の実験結果とも比較し,血液の性質と電気特性について理論的な考察を行った.これらのシミュレーションから,本計測手法の改善策について討論を行った.
3-④・ハードウェアの作り込み:経皮的心肺補助装置(PCPS)や体外設置型人工心臓に実際に設置することを想定しハードウェアの作り込みを行い、その体外血液循環流路に人工的に血栓を作り,各フェーズの結果の定量的な検討を行った.血液の温度やヘマトクリット値が変わる中で,安定的に血栓を検出できるよう,検討を行った.また,電気特性とACT値の相関にも着目し,本計測手法のさらなる可能性について検討を行った.
3-⑤総合討論:(1)本計測手法の「いつ」「どこで」「どれだけ」の精度,(2)従来の光散乱法と比較検討による本手法の限界,(3)シミュレーションによる微小血栓の流動特性と再凝集巨大化メカニズムの解明,(4)本モニタリング法の実用化への道筋について総合討論を行った.
