| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
We formalized the workshop method in H30. The workshop method including the process and tools were developed by the researchers to assist the activities by nurses within the hospital. The workshops were named as 'newspaper workshops', entailing the creation of short 'newspapers' by the nurses to express their caring practices.
Further workshops were conducted in H30 at the hospital. It became clear that these workshops themselves were an important method of cataloguing caring practices by nurses. These workshops were conducted and led by nurses themselves to share and express their caring practices and 'caring mind' with each other.
