| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
1.一卵性および二卵性双生児のサンプリング継続：血清検体および核酸検体を、前年度に引き続き収集した。核酸検体はゲノムDNAを分離保存し、RNAサンプルは安定化試薬処理して凍結した。また前年度に引き続き、身長・体重・血圧等の基本検査（生理検査）、認知症スクリーニング検査であるMini-Mental State Examination(MMSE-J)およびWechsler Memory Scale-Revised(WMS-R)、Cornell Medical Index（病歴調査）、Health Practice Index（生活習慣調査）、Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（睡眠調査）、WHO-QOL26 またはSF-36（生活の質の調査）、WHO-Subjective Well-being Inventory（主観的健康感
・満足感調査）、POMS（気分調査）、BDHQ-1-1-L（食習慣調査）を行った。
2.サンプリングした血清検体を用いて、検体検査を臨床検査値の国際的正常値標準化プロジェクトと同一の測定法・測定機器により行い、標準化を行った。
3.核酸検体のうちDNAを用いて、アレイによるSNPジェノタイピングおよびDNAメチル化率の解析を行った。SNPについてはQualityControlを行い、可能なものはImputationを試みた。メチル化率についてはQualityControlを行い、アノテーション情報を添加した。
4.臨床検査値などの表現型が不一致となった一卵性双生児と、そうならなかった一卵性双生児について遺伝的背景の相違を検索し、抗サイログロブリン抗体価において、遺伝的要因に依存した環境要因の感受性を明らかにし成果発表を行った。
