Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study is to decease the turnover rate of nurses and care workers. We developed an education program for managers in order to increase workplace social capital and evaluated its effects. As a result of implementing the program for managers, not only workplace social capital but also job discretion, organizational fairness and social support at work significantly increased.

本研究によって得られた成果は、看護師や介護職だけでなく他の職種においても、職場のソーシャルキャピタル形成に応用可能である。また、 職場のソーシャルキャピタル形成が職業性ストレスの予防だけでなく、労働者の職務満足度や生産性を高めることが示唆される。
