Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the training effects of microcounseling, which is one of the representative programs of counseling skills training, and to develop it into a more elaborate training method. Therefore, this study examined the following: (1) development of the scale to measure the function of counseling skills obtained by microcounseling, (2) comparison of the effects before and after training using the reflection of feelings as index, and (3) the relationship between the proficiency and the effect of reflection of feelings by introduction and modeling training.

本邦における,カウンセリングのニーズは,医療,教育,産業,司法といった多様な領域で高まっている。近年では,公認心理師という国家資格も誕生しており,このような潮流の中で,マイクロカウンセリングはより一層重要な役割を担うと予測される。マイクロカウンセリングの発想は,あらゆる領域におけるカウンセリング教育の支柱となり得るものである。本邦におけるカウンセリング技法の訓練や教育の方法については模索が続いており,具体的な効果を示す研究は数少ないが,マイクロカウンセリングの発展によって,心理臨床家をはじめ,カウンセリング技法を必要とする様々な職種の育成がより効果的に行えるようになるであろう。
