Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to clarify how the concept of "ability" corresponds to specific behaviors. To achieve this, the study focuses on the new graduate recruitment process in companies where the concept of "ability" is of significant concern and conducts qualitative research using specific materials for examination. Through the analysis of the survey, the study reveals the situations faced by recruitment personnel and students in the recruitment process, as well as the reasoning employed by both parties. Based on the assumption of the complex anticipated structures of both parties, the evaluation criteria become more specific and layered as a result of their rational choices. Furthermore, it has become evident that the concept of "ability" is not necessarily an essential concept in such complex situations.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
