Project Period (FY) |
2016-04-01 – 2018-03-31
|
Keywords | extracellular vesicle / erythrocyte / exosome / gastric cancer |
Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Erythrocyte-derived microvesicles (EDM) were ingested into the cellular cytoplasm using fluorescence microscopy. EDMs from patients with gastric cancer enhanced the adhesive, wound healing and migratory ability of gastric cancer cell. Several oncogenes were up-regulated in EDM-ingested gastric cancer cell.
