Research Abstract

平成19年度は、紫外線の人体影響に関する研究動向を概観し、あわせてわれわれの研究プロジェクトの成果を公表する目的で「紫外線の人体影響とその防護」をテーマとする国際シンポジウムを奈良女子大学にて開催した。研究活動としては、前年度までの研究を継続して行うこと、および、これまでの研究成果に考察検討を加え、国内外で開催される学会で発表し、関連学会誌に論文投稿を行うことに重点をおいた。国際シンポジウムの概略は次のとおりである。基調講演には神戸大学名誉教授市橋正光氏(皮膚科学)、西オーストラリア大学Prue Hart教授(免疫学)、東海大学佐々木政子教授(光科学)の3名、研究発表には本研究計画の共同研究者である香港理工大学李毅教授、Yao Lei氏の2名にお願いした。科研費のメンバーはポスターセッションで参加した。最後に総合討論として、紫外線研究のこれからの方向性について講演者の間で活発な討議を行った。参加者は約80名と盛況であった。
研究活動としては次の2件を行った。(1)市販のサンスクリーン(日焼け止めクリーム)のUV分光透過特性、UV分光反射特性およびUVA透過率を試作した装置により測定し、サンスクリーンの紫外線防護性を評価するための基礎資料を得た。(2)奈良および香港における屋外における紫外線量の経時的測定を前年度から継続して行った。
