| Research Abstract |
1.BSE感染性評価
平成17年度に農業・生物系特定産業技術研究機構動物衛生研究所プリオン病研究センターP2実験室内において炭化実験装置を用い、この炭化温度・時間の最低範囲でBSE感染ハムスター脳(農業・生物系特定産業技術研究機構動物衛生研究所プリオン病研究センター作出)を炭化した。さらに骨炭製造ガイドラインの再検討を目的としてBrownら(2000)の報告の追試確認のために、BSE感染ハムスター脳を同じ温度条件で炭化した。これらの炭化試料をP3実験室内で正常トランスジェニックマウス脳に接種した。一年を経過してBSE感染性は認められなかったが、慎重を期すため、平成17年度に引き続き、BSE感染マウス脳の炭化試料を用いるBSE感染試験を継続し、肉骨粉,家畜屠体,屠畜場から排出される動物性廃棄物等の安全な炭化のための炭化温度・時間を確定する。
2.トータルシステムの構築
処理水は膜分離によってアミン等の有機性物質のプロセス外部への排出を防ぎ,かつ,その確認を常時行うシステムを開発する(高橋担当、濱本協力)。焼却,好気性堆肥化処理に対して二酸化炭素排出量を小さくするメタン発酵処理および炭化システムを,エネルギーバランスを維持するように検討(熱機器類等の最適設計)する。
