Outline of Annual Research Achievements

従来顧みられなかった降水によるエアロゾル発生現象に着目し，里山や都市近郊にて総合観測を実施し，その発生や拡散の実態把握と発生物質の性状解明を狙っている。特に森林生態系由来エアロゾルの評価を目指し研究を進めた。
・降水時のエアロゾルの形態を光学顕微鏡画像の解析でさらに進め、降水時には非降雨時に比べて全体の胞子個数濃度は1/3程度に減るものの，粗大な（投影面積15(マイクロメートルの2乗)以上）真菌類胞子の占める割合が高まることがわかった（約1.8倍）。
・アクセスが容易で，バイオエアロゾル発生源の真菌類観察データのある筑波実験植物園にて観測を継続実施した。フィルター試料からDNA抽出を行い、また，同時期の植物園内で，きのこ発生状況を調査しDNA抽出も行った。子実体は乾燥し，標本として菌類標本庫に保管した。初夏季，秋季に植物園にて，現場サンプリング，粒子蛍光観測装置，緩和渦集積法によるフラックス観測，ゾンデやヘリコプターを用いた上空までの観測による集中観測を実施した。集中観測時には周辺の基礎気象データを収集した。秋季観測では，担子菌きのこ子実体からの胞子放出現象の野外観測映像を初めて得た。大気エアロゾルの遺伝子配列(16S rRNA，ITS領域)から，氷核活性微生物の同種が，乾燥地や都市部に比べ，森林地帯で頻繁に検出された。
・森林林床から上空大気へと輸送されるプロセスを明らかにするため，緩和渦集積法による真菌類胞子のフラックス観測結果を、森林内のエアロゾルの乱流拡散や沈着・放出過程を考慮できる多層大気－植生－土壌モデル（SOLVEG）を用いた数値解析と比較した。
・335nmレーザー，25㎝径望遠鏡などを基本構成として開発した車載型蛍光ライダーの動作試験と試験観測を実施した。福岡では既有の蛍光ライダーで夜間観測を継続して行った。
