Data analysis and examination of the results 1.Data was analyzed and hypotheses 1-3 stated in the Purpose of the Research section were tested. The results obtained were in part reported in the documents disseminated to the port bureaus and discussed in detail in the manuscript under preparation to be submitted for publication. Dissemination of the results 1.The manuscript that explains the study and presents its results and conclusions to be submitted to a refereed journal was partially completed. 2.Respective summaries of survey results were communicated to port bureaus on March 31, 2020.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
- Dissemination of the results internationally We are in the process of completing the manuscript that explains the study and presents its results and conclusions to be submitted to a refereed journal. Due to the ongoing corona-virus pandemic, presentation of results at an international conference will not be possible.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Dissemination of the results 1.The manuscript that explains the study and presents its results and conclusions will be submitted to a refereed journal. 2.A website will be published, and a press release will be prepared to disseminate a summary of the survey results. 3.Final project report will be submitted. Hypotheses 4 and 5 cannot be tested until the respondents are contacted a second time which will be carried out after January, 2021.
